ARTAVIA Announces Winner Of Magical Trip

February 18, 2022 (Conroe, Texas) – ARTAVIA® announced the winner of the Magical Trip Giveaway from the Enchanted Home Tour held in the community over the month of December. Visitors to the Model Home Village were able to enjoy hot cocoa in ten festively decorated models while having the opportunity to enter for a chance to win a prize drawing valued at $7,500.

The winner, Ashley Sanislo, was awarded the prize at one of the 10 ARTAVIA model homes. “We hope that Ashley and her family will enjoy their trip,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director for Airia Developmen® Company. “Our Enchanted Home Tour was a great promotion that led to many home sales, including the Sanislo family who purchased a home after visiting the community in December,” said Connell.
