ARTAVIA Releases 50 Luxury Homesites by J. Patrick Homes and Ravenna Homes

HOUSTON – ARTAVIA®, a 2,842-acre master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area, announces the release of 50 new luxury homesites on 70-foot-wide lots. The homes will be priced from the $510s by J. Patrick Homes and from the $570s by Ravenna Homes.

“Market demand is high for luxury homes with designer details and finishes,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director of AIRIA Development® Company, the developer of ARTAVIA. “Both of these builders are known for their quality and attention to detail, and we expect all of these homes to go fast.”

Homes in this section range in size from 2,800 to 4,600 square feet with several one and two-story floor plans that include three to five bedrooms and two- to four-car garages. The homes feature open floor plans, designer lighting, premier hardware, gourmet appliances and designer countertops and flooring.

J. Patrick Homes has been building semi-custom luxury homes since 1990 with the goal of continually looking for ways to provide the best to homebuyers in terms of price, design, functionality and flexibility. The result is a perfect balance that gives buyers the comfort and versatility they desire, without compromising beauty or style. J. Patrick Homes recently won two awards for home design at the Greater Houston Builder Association’s Best PRISM Awards.

Ravenna Homes is a Houston-based luxury homebuilder founded by brothers Stephen and Kenneth Najvar in 2013. The company is committed to bringing superior quality and innovative design to production home building. Ravenna recently won a Greater Houston Builder Association’s Best PRISM Award for best product design and family room for its model home in ARTAVIA.

Recently ARTAVIA announced 200 new homesites on 40- and 45-foot-wide lots by builders Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes and Perry Homes. In addition, all builders currently have homes under construction that will be ready for end of year move-in.

Amenities in ARTAVIA are already in place and ready for residents to enjoy. At the heart of ARTAVIA is Dapple Park, a 13-acre community park, overlooking a five-acre lake where you can launch your own kayak or rent paddleboats. The contemporary-style clubhouse features event rooms, a 24-hr FitCenter and the Palate Café, a one-of-a-kind community restaurant that promotes community gathering.

Surrounding the clubhouse are thoughtfully designed areas promoting imaginative play, outdoor living and an active lifestyle including a meditation rain garden, splash pad, nature exploration zone, event lawn, playground and an extensive trail system with outdoor fit stations. The ARTAVIA Lifestyle Team is on-site to manage regularly scheduled events, classes and activities for residents and for future residents waiting on their new homes to be built.

ARTAVIA recently received the prestigious National’s Silver Award for Master-Planned Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC). Additionally, AIRIA Development Company, the developer for ARTAVIA, won the Greater Houston Builders Association Grand PRISM Award for Developer of the Year.
