Conroe Area

There are some very cool antique stores just a few minutes from ARTAVIA™ in Conroe and surrounding areas.

Conroe Woodlands Antique Mall – 3700 S Loop 336 East
One of the largest malls in the area, selling general antiques of all kinds.The mall also has two outdoor barns full of architectural and miscellaneous items.

Mimi’s on Main – 312 North Main Street
This store has all the small town charm that you can imagine. It also has a wide selection and knowledgeable employees.

Crossroads Antiques – 1122 West Dallas
This store has a good selection of both antiques and jewelry. Closed on Sunday and Monday.

Spring Antique Mall – Old Town Spring, I45 and Cypress Road, Spring, Texas.
Showcasing over 10,000 sq feet of antiques from over 3 dozen dealers.  You’ll find antiques from the 1960’s and back including primitives, advertising, jewelry, pottery, glass, collectibles, and even clothing.

Pierce and Belle at Home – Old Town Spring, 222 Gentry Street, Spring, Texas
In this boutique, owned by designer Anne Morrow, you will find hand selected vintage, repurposed, and reproduction pieces for your home along with gifts, clothing and accessories.

Sam’s Antiques – Old Town Spring, 103 Main Street, Spring, Texas
Open to antique lovers for more than 20 years, this store features European antiques and furniture and offers restoration services.

Houston (outside the Loop)

Antique Center of Texas – 9950 Hempstead Road, Houston
Located inside the Northwest Mall, in a former JC Penney’s department store, the retail hub brings together more than 190 dealers in a 108,000-square-foot space. The Antique Center is open seven days a week, showcasing furniture, accessories, collectibles and oddities.

Joyce Horn Antiques – 1022 Wirt Road, Houston
For more than 30 years, this eclectic space has offered guests a large variety of unique furniture and French antiques, along with a selection of Italian, Spanish and Scandinavian pieces. Within the Horn’s Spring Branch-set warehouse, 18th and 19th century armoires, tables and buffets share space with Louis Philippe mirrors, architectural accents and reproduction pieces.

Memorial Antiques and Interiors – 8719 Katy Freeway, Houston
Interior designers love this store. More than 50 dealers and designers showcase a mix of country French, mid-century modern and industrial pieces within MAI’s two buildings.

Mercader Antiques – 5403 Bissonnet, Houston
A great store for finding European treasures. The shop is known for its selection of European furniture, depression glass and copper pieces, among other offerings.

Wells Creek Crossing – 305 East Crawford, Palestine
From the brand new, to shabby chic…from rustic to vintage…the little shop has it all!

First Monday Trade Days in Canton – Canton, Texas.
This is the oldest, largest continually operating outdoor flea market in the United States. This popular flea market is open one weekend a month, attracts upwards of 100,000 shoppers, and provides spaces for 6,000 vendors located on hundreds of acres with over 700,000 square feet of covered shopping.

Round Top Antiques Fair – Round Top, Texas
This is the granddaddy of all antique shows. Located between Houston and Austin on Highway 237, it is an antique hunters mecca. There are three shows each year: the world renowned Spring and Fall Antiques Fairs and the newer Winter Antiques Show, in the Big Red Barn which touts that they have 100 percent antiques and vintage dealers under their roof. Round Top has more than 50 venues that are open during show time, and each has their own format and specialty.
