COMMUNITY LIFE

Almost 800 acres of resort-style living.

Nestled along the scenic shores of Lake Ray Hubbard, Heath Golf and Yacht Club brings resort-style living home. Here, days can be as active or relaxed as you like—from mornings on the water and afternoons by the pool to dinner with friends and evenings watching the sunset. With an exceptional collection of amenities, there’s always another way to have fun, connect with neighbors and make the most of life by the lake.

OUR VISION

Heath Golf & Yacht Club is a thoughtfully designed, 787-acre master-planned community in the affluent city of Heath, Texas. The plan brings together more than 1,200 homes, an 18-hole championship golf course, resort-style amenities, an elementary school, parks and greenbelts with miles of trails and access to Lake Ray Hubbard—all connected within one cohesive community.

Carefully planned neighborhoods, amenities and gathering spaces create a unified community designed to grow beautifully over time. With its lakefront setting and convenient access to The Harbor, I-30, Highway 80 and downtown Dallas, Heath Golf & Yacht Club offers a distinctive combination of scale, connectivity and location.

WHITTLE DEVELOPMENT

For more than four decades, Whittle Development has helped shape Rockwall County, developing 18 residential and commercial communities, including The Harbor, Hilton Rockwall Lakefront and Buffalo Creek Golf Club.

As the county’s largest developer of custom home communities, Whittle brings a proven commitment to creating exceptional places to live. At Heath Golf & Yacht Club, that experience comes together in a community designed to deliver the ultimate resort lifestyle.

GOLF CLUB

Play with a view.

Golf takes center stage at Heath Golf & Yacht Club, where an 18-hole championship course winds through rolling fairways and greenbelts, with beautiful views of Lake Ray Hubbard along the way. After your round, the lakefront Clubhouse is the perfect place to relax, dine and take in the lake views. Golf is available through private club membership.

If racquet sports are your game, residents can join us for lessons, tournaments and scheduled games of Tennis and Pickleball- led by our Director of Racquet Sports.

THE LAKE

Life on the water.

With Lake Ray Hubbard as your backyard, there are endless ways to enjoy life on the water. Spend the day sailing, skiing, boating or fishing, or make use of the community’s guest boat slips when friends and family arrive by water. Whether you’re looking for adventure or simply a little time on the lake, the lakefront Clubhouse makes it easy to get out and enjoy it.

COMMUNITY

Come together.

The best communities give people reasons to come together. Enjoy dinner and drinks at the lakefront clubhouse, gather around a lakeside firepit or meet up for a game of Mahjong or an evening at the small amphitheater. With spaces and community gatherings designed for socializing and celebrating, it’s easy to get to know your neighbors and feel part of the community.

COMMUNITY EVENTS

Connect with your friends and neighbors.

With fun events planned monthly throughout the year, the Heath Golf & Yacht Club Events Committee creates plenty of opportunities to connect with neighbors and enjoy the community. The calendar is filled with holiday traditions, summer celebrations, group outings and special gatherings at the lakefront clubhouse. Cheer on the Texas Rangers, learn to mix the perfect cocktail or watch the kids race around at the Easter egg hunt. These are the moments that turn neighbors into friends and a community into home.
