A New Nine-hole, Par 3 Golf course Is Coming
Heath Golf & Yacht Club is getting a new addition to its championship golf course; a nine-hole, par-3 course designed by renowned golf course architect Roy Bechtol. Survey crews began staking the new course in early September, marking the next step in bringing expansion to life. Designed to complement the existing 18-hole course, the short course will offer a fun, approachable way for new and younger golfers to learn the game, while giving experienced players an ideal place to sharpen their short game. It will also provide members with a relaxed way to enjoy a quick round, followed by dinner and time together at the Lakeside Clubhouse. With construction on the horizon, the new course promises to add yet another way to enjoy the golf lifestyle at Heath Golf & Yacht Club. Estimated completion is 2028.
New Wellness Center Coming Summer 2027
A new 6,000-square-foot Fitness & Wellness Center will offer everything you need to make wellness part of your everyday routine. The expansive facility will feature dedicated spaces for strength training and cardio, a spin studio, Pilates, yoga and specialty classes, plus men’s and women’s locker rooms with infrared saunas and cold plunges. Spa rooms will accommodate massage therapists, while personal trainers will be available to provide one-on-one guidance. And when it’s time to slow down, a welcoming coffee bar will offer the perfect place to relax and recharge.
